Our Story and Mission
The Philippine Cultural Society of The George Washington University is a student-run and lead organization that encourages academic integrity, promotes Philippine and Philippine-American culture, strives towards unity and cooperation amongst all cultural organizations, and provides a venue for community involvement.

Founded in 1986, by GW Librarian Tito Jon Melegrito, the Philippine Cultural Society has been a beacon of Filipino culture, advocacy, and community for George Washington University.
